Harper’s BAZAAR Netherlands is leveling up its Business Club this year with three new types of memberships as well as an online platform with its own app, a community manager, and more places to meet and inspire each other.
Founded in 2021, the Harper’s BAZAAR Business Club is an exclusive community for influential women of all ages, working across industries, from art and culture to tech and healthcare. Members have access to like-minded women through Business Talks, networking drinks, and the brand new online community platform. Within this community, new contacts are made, existing relationships are strengthened, knowledge is shared, and ideas are gained. The platform offers members the opportunity to follow and connect with each other — one-on-one or in groups.
What do the annual membership tiers look like? For the entry-level rate, Pros get access to the online community, networking drinks, the paper magazine and the exclusive business newsletter. For the (rising) Stars who are further along in their career, additional events and a coaching session are organized. The Icon program was created for C-level managers and experienced entrepreneurs who have little time, but want to invest in their personal development and style by connecting privately with similarly inspiring women.
Editor-in-Chief Miluska van’t Lam said: “In short, we differentiate our offering to meet members even more, depending on the stage of their career. At the same time, we also offer them the opportunity to meet each other more “diagonally”. So the Icon members talking to the Star members. And the Pro members with the Icon members. Everyone has access to everyone. We clearly want to avoid ivory towers. An experienced manager in particular can be surprised by refreshing ideas from a starter. And someone who is mid-career will benefit from the network or advice of an experienced CEO. That is noticeable added value of our Business Club.”
