Hearst UK has announced the launch of new apps from Women’s Health UK and Men’s Health UK as part of an enhanced membership offering for both brands. Through the new apps, members of the Women’s Health Collective and Men’s Health Squad will receive access to exclusive training plans and wellness advice from some of the world’s leading fitness experts.
The new Women’s Health app – part of the Women’s Health Collective membership offering – provides a one-stop wellness destination that helps women in becoming the healthiest, fittest and strongest versions of themselves. As well as the latest science-backed health news from world-leading experts and exclusive, premium, long-reads and opinion pieces written by the UK’s top writers, the app offers an ever-growing library of training plans and workout videos curated by the Women’s Health Collective panel of experts. Members can benefit from workouts designed by personal trainers such as former Olympian, Michelle Griffith-Robinson, and body acceptance advocate and personal trainer, Sophie Lait, plus they’ll receive exclusive behind the scenes content, podcasts and more.
The new Men’s Health app – supported by Jan/Feb cover star and leading world boxing promoter, Eddie Hearn – becomes part of the Men’s Health Squad membership, and offers full access to interactive training plans, premium video, vodcasts and guided workouts, as well as exclusive long reads not found anywhere else. A handheld fitness concierge service, the Men’s Health app houses four channels, including a dedicated training section with 10 interactive, goal-based plans and more than 250 expert movement guides. Members will be able to join monthly check-ins with the expert coaching team, such as the former ‘UK’s Fittest Man’ and soon-to-be Gladiator, Zack George, for further support and guidance.
Women’s Health Collective and Men’s Health Squad memberships each cost £89.99 a year and include every print and digital edition of the magazine; full access to the app; unlimited access to the latest health, fitness and nutrition news; training plans and workouts; access to world-class fitness coaches and experts; and exclusive weekly newsletters. As part of an exclusive offer for the first six months, from 20th December, each membership is available for just £9.99.
